Our business was established in 1976. Our Dad, A. Jay Forrester, started selling tractors from our Lincoln Way East location. At that time his main business was selling used tractors imported from Europe. His knowledge of Ford tractors eventually lead to ownership of his own Ford New Holland tractor dealership in 1988. In 1989 he built a new building on the farm to expand the dealership to carry the full line of Ford New Holland tractors and equipment. During his years of growth his five children were growing up and helping on the farm and in the dealership along with his wife Barbara. As each of us graduated from school, we took our place within the dealership working along with our parents. In 2000 our dealership saw big changes with the unexpected death of our Dad. Today, we use the lessons he taught us to run our business pretty much the same way he did. We do continue to change with the times to stay competitive within our market, but we also try to maintain the family oriented principals on which this buisness was established.
